Privacy Policy

This policy describes how personal data is handled on the public PixelBay website, which displays statistics for our games and links to those games, events and communities.

2. Data used to deliver the website

Loading a website requires technical information such as your IP address and HTTP request details. Infrastructure providers may process the requested URL, request time, browser information and security diagnostics to deliver content, prevent abuse and investigate faults. Where we control this processing, its legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The site has no visitor accounts, contact forms, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Our application does not set cookies or use local storage. It does not collect Roblox usernames, passwords or individual gameplay histories, and it does not create visitor profiles or make automated decisions about you.

3. Hosting, domain and fonts

The website, static assets and statistics endpoint are hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes connection and request information to deliver content and protect its infrastructure. Source code is stored in a private GitHub repository; visitors do not contact GitHub to load this website. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its processing practices.

Cloudflare provides domain and DNS services. Registering a domain with Cloudflare does not by itself route website traffic through Cloudflare. If its proxy or security services are enabled, Cloudflare also processes visitor connection and request data to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

The Jersey 25 font is loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to obtain the stylesheet and font files, which exposes your IP address and request metadata to Google. See Google’s Privacy Policy. Video, logos and social icons are served as website assets; there are no embedded social feeds or external video players.

4. Roblox statistics and external links

The site requests public, aggregate game statistics and upcoming event information through its statistics endpoint. In the current implementation, this endpoint contacts Roblox server-side; it does not forward your browser cookies, Roblox identity or IP address to Roblox. The page refreshes these public figures periodically.

“Sign Up” takes you to Roblox to register for an event; it does not register you on this website. Opening links to Roblox, X, Discord or FairGames takes you to a separate website. That provider then processes your visit under its own privacy policy. Merely displaying our locally served social icons does not contact those social platforms.

5. Contact and retention

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use it to respond to your request, based on our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing this information is voluntary, but a reply address is needed to respond. Email is handled through Gmail.

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the matter and, where necessary, establish, exercise or defend related legal claims. Technical logs held by providers follow their documented security and retention practices. We do not maintain a separate visitor analytics database or copy visitor logs into the application.

6. Recipients and international processing

Relevant infrastructure and email providers may receive data needed to provide their services. These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Applicable safeguards depend on the provider and service and may include an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. 7. Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, subject to the applicable conditions. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where its legal requirements are met. Contact the address above to exercise these rights.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). For processing that a provider carries out as an independent controller, you may also contact that provider directly.
